A 2.5% Buyer's Fee will apply to all items selling for $2,501 and greater.  A 10% Buyer's Fee will apply to all items sell for $2,500 and less. 

Sales tax will be collected on all items sold in Washington State.

Auction company encourages all bidders to inspect lots in person before bidding. Auction company is not responsible for incorrect listing information, if any. Printed statements or descriptions by auction company staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. Auction company and it's Employees act merely as agents for sellers. All auctions are with reserve unless specifically stated otherwise. Reserves, if any, ARE NOT disclosed unless advertised as "ABSOLUTE." Auctioneers at their discretion may place a reserve bid on behalf of the seller. All final bids are subject to the seller's confirmation. Only the top bidder will be contacted as to the status of his/her bid. While the information we provide on item(s) is deemed correct, no warranties are expressed or implied as to any items being sold and you agree to purchase and accept the item in an as-is condition. Information on items is obtained by us from the sellers and you hereby agree to hold harmless auction company and their Employees for any errors or omissions regarding the item(s) being sold. This information includes but is not limited to year, model, machine or engine hours, physical condition, options, features and other data pertinent to the value of the item. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS WHERE-IS unless specific factory or seller issued warranties are listed in the item description.

Titled Vehicles Titles for vehicles purchased by Washington State buyers will be transferred with 45 days of auction, and/or upon receipt of required purchaser signatures and/or documentation (i.e. scale weights, DOT#, UBI#, etc.) unless held by a secured party. A documentation service fee of $100 will be added to all titled vehicles.

Payment All buyers must pay for their purchases in full 1 day after auction ending. No items removed until payment has been received by auction company. Auction company accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Cashiers Check, Personal or Company Checks. Credit cards are subject to a 3% convenience fee.  All out of state checks must be accompanied by a irrevocable Bank Letter of Guarantee, unless know by the auctioneers. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the buyer at time of payment and the buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property at that time. Musser Bros. Inc. reserves the right to resell any property not paid for in full by the conclusion of the stated pickup period. In any such event, the Buyer will still be responsible for payment for the original purchase and the costs of collection of this payment and/or damages resulting from the resale of the property.

Pickup All items, must be picked up once auction company has received and acknowledged payment in full. All items must be removed by April 30, 2020 unless alternate arrangements are made with Seller.!! NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE!! If items are not removed by this time, Auction company reserves the right to resell the items and retain all sales proceeds as payment for accumulated, unpaid storage and handling.

Shipping Auction company will NOT provide shipping for items purchased through this auction.

Auction Ending Beginning at the stated closing time, the auction software will conclude bidding for one lot each thirty-sixty seconds in catalog order with the following exception: if a bid is placed in the last one (1) minute remaining for that auction lot, bidding for that lot will remain open for an additional one (1) minute. Some lots may be grouped together so that a bid on one lot will extend the time on all lots in that group.

Debt Collection and Interest Charges The buyer agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by auction company in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the buyer. The buyer agrees that a fee of 2% of the outstanding balance per month be added to any unpaid balance due auction company. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Benton County, Washington.

Limitation of Liability If, for any reason, auction company is unable to make available or deliver any Purchase, or portion thereof, or documentation required in respect of any Purchase, the sole liability of auction company, if any, shall be the return of monies paid in respect of such Purchase upon its return by Purchaser.

Age Requirement All bidders must be 18 years of age or older. Bidder Information and Security All registration information the bidder provides to auction company shall be current, complete, and accurate. All bidders are responsible for any bids placed under their bidding numbers and passwords. The security of bidder information is the responsibility of the bidder. Bidders must notify auction company. if they believe that their bidder number and password have been compromised.

Server and Software Technical Issues. In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Musser Bros Inc. reserves the right to extend bidding, close the bidding, temporarily suspend bidding, void any sale and re-sell any lots that were affected by any malfunction. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE nor MUSSER BROS INC, SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. Email notifications will be sent to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary by Musser Bros Auctioneers, Inc.
