Festival of Trees 2024
Welcome to the second annual Festival of Trees. We are on our way to becoming a Cody tradition full of fun and festive events for many to enjoy! Following the Santa Fly-In on November 30th, 2024 in Cody, WY, the new terminal will have many beautifully decorated trees and wreaths for families to enjoy a stroll through, listen to music, take a family photo with the picturesque backdrop, and of course, vote on and bid on a Christmas tree or wreath to take home! This is a FREE event to attend but we have special ticketed events to raise additional money for our non-profit recipients. This year we have special items up for raffle as well!

Santa Fly-In Saturday, November 30th 2:00 pm—4:00 pm Free Event
Fashion Show (Ticketed Event—all proceeds go to Downrange Warriors/Cody Pardners/Food 4 Kids) Tuesday, December 3rd At 6:30 PM
Prime Rib Dinner (Ticketed Event—all proceeds go to CYAir) Thursday, December 5th at 6:00 PM
Brisket Dinner (Ticketed Event—all proceeds go to Downrange Warriors/Cody Pardners/Food 4 Kids) Friday, December 6th at 6:00 PM
Tree Bidding (All proceeds go to non-profit of donors choice as noted on each item) will be active online at mbauction.com starting Saturday, November 30th at 3:00 pm through Saturday, December 7th at 3:00 pm.
Trees can be paid for and picked up on Monday, December 9th from 2:00 pm—6:00 pm. To make payment at any other time, please contact Shelley at 307-272-8951 to make arrangements. Please make every available attempt to pick up during these load out times. But special exemptions on pickup can be made with the airport administration office.
Trees can be viewed all week between 8 am—9 pm, except during the above ticketed events.
Please contact auction staff if you have problems registering. Payment can be made by cash, check or credit card but a credit card is necessary for the registration process.
This is a soft close auction meaning trees will close one at a time starting on December 7th at 3PM. It will go in order of lots, no lot will close out of order. Once the auction starts closing every time a bid is placed, 30 seconds will be added to the time. The auction will likely take over 30 minutes to fully close.
Trees and wreaths are available for preview any time during open airport hours.
The high bidder on each item is required to make payment and must pick up their trees/items by 6:00 PM on Monday Dec 9th.
Pick up trees at the airport on Monday, December 9th from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Payment can be made through credit cards online or by cash or check during tree pickup. Make sure all payment is finalized by 6:00 PM on Dec 9. Please make every available attempt to pick up during these load out times. But special exemptions on pickup can be made with the airport administration office.
