PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, local checks & cash. 3.5% fee charged on all credit/debit card transactions. Payment must be made by JUNE 12, 2023 • NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing on JUNE 8TH. The closing time of a lot will be automatically extended an additional 30 seconds whenever a bid is placed within the last 30 seconds on the lot's timer and will continue to do so until the timer runs out.
SHIPPING & HANDLING: $25 per firearms for packaging & handling PLUS the cost of shipping through USPS and/or UPS. These charges vary depending on the dimensions, weight, and insurance costs. We will ship as soon as possible, usually within 5-7 days. After your items are packed we will charge the card on file and send you an email with your tracking number. The time it takes for us to get your items shipped varies from auction to auction depending on the number of buyers with shipping requests. NO SHIPPING AMMO, PRIMERS, POWDER.
REMOVAL: Winning bidders may pick their items up at (disclosed to purchasers only); Billings, MT during the published load out times. Removal will be by scheduled appointment only. Any items left after the specified load-out items will be considered forfeited unless alternate pickup or shipping arrangements are made.
FIREARMS: All applicable gun laws will be observed. All buyers will fill out 4473, show ID, and FBI background check will be performed before possession of a firearm will be transferred to the buyer. If the buyer is unable to take possession of the firearm, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed on the winning bid and buyer's premium forfeited. (If you cannot pass the background check, please do not bid on firearms). Some firearms may not be legal in Bidder's jurisdiction. It is the bidder's sole obligation to determine if a firearm they purchase is legal where they live. Magazines that are not legal where a buyer lives are not included in the sale. No credit will be given for the magazine.
IN STATE BUYERS: No one except registered bidder is allowed to pickup a firearm. ID must reflect current address of residence.
BORDERING STATES: WY, ID, ND, SD: Purchaser may pickup long guns (rifles, shotguns) with all the requirements listed above successfully met. ALL HAND GUNS must be shipped to an FFL in your state unless you live in Montana.
OUT OF STATE BUYERS (Other Than Bordering States): By Federal Law, firearms can only be shipped to an FFL Holder. If you do not have an FFL, you must make arrangements with an FFL Holder in your state to handle the transfer. Please contact an FFL holder before placing a bid to make sure you qualify. Some firearms may not be legal in all locations. NO FIREARM SALES TO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS. Know your local laws.
SHIPPING OF FIREARMS: All firearms must be shipped to an FFL (Federal firearm Licensee) of the buyer's choosing, FFLs are fairly easy to find (most gun shops will do this for you), and most charge a nominal fee for this service. A shipping and handling fee will be assessed to the buyer. The receiving FFL will then perform the transfer of the firearm to the buyer including any required background checks, the buyer is responsible for any fees assessed by his/her FFL. An adult signature will be required for the receipt of any firearm that is shipped.
The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction; split or combine lots; add minimum bids or reserve prices. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event or to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times.
WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly.
CAUTION: For demonstration purposes, various lots may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions.
CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item, not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description.
CHOOSE WISELY: We want everyone to get a good deal and most will. However, when you bid on the wrong item or decide an item is not suited for your intended use, our clients are not willing to assume the cost of your mistakes. When in doubt about condition, completeness, or suitability for intended use, please bid accordingly.
Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event that there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Musser Bros Inc reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding.
NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR MUSSER BROS INC SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. Email notifications will be sent to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary by Musser Bros Inc.
AGE REQUIREMENT: No one under the age of 21 allowed to bid on firearms. No one under the age of 18 allowed to bid on any item.
